The game, developed by former developers of Cyberpunk 2077 and BioShock, was presented during the Summer Game Fest 2024 PC Gaming Show by Antistatic Studios, a Polish team.

It is a cooperative tactical first-person shooter set in a post-nuclear Europe. You control an operator who is part of a special unit responsible for supernatural, paranormal events. We work for Mortfield Industries and we have to go to the Iron Corridor in Eastern Europe because there are no signs of life coming from one of Mortfield’s research facilities. One of our great strengths is the H.U.S.K. program: it allows us to move our consciousness between artificial bodies, allowing us to explore the terrain, mislead our opponents, and disguise ourselves.

The world is full of abnormal events and supernatural beings that infiltrate through the cracks in the space-time continuum. We’ll be aided by the Icebreaker ship, where we’ll be able to customize our H.U.S.K. and cabin, show off our weapons to our friends, and modify our equipment and bodies. The gameplay will also include survival missions (hunting and cooking wild animals). A pre-alpha playtest will start on June 18th and can be joined via Discord. The game is currently only available for PC, so there is no word on console versions. The Polish studio has already announced the system requirements. Phantom Line will be released on PC at an unknown date. Do not expect it before 2025.
