Now, however, Davis’s big opportunity has arrived! According to ScreenRant, her role in the thriller “Speak No Evil” could be the breakthrough she needs. This film is the American adaptation of the Danish horror “Speak No Evil,” with the original director, Christian Tafdrup, penning the new screenplay, ensuring top-notch quality. The story follows an American family – Louise (Davis), Ben (Scott McNairy), and their young daughter – who, during their European vacation, befriend an English family (James McAvoy, Aisling Franciosi) and their young son. They are invited for a weekend stay, but soon suspect their hosts are not as kind as they appeared, leading to a horrifying turn of events.
