How S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl is Emulating Cyberpunk 2077 [VIDEO]

GSC Game World is almost starting to outline the same story for its game before its release as CD Projekt RED did four years ago.

We can’t even count the number of times the Polish studio delayed Cyberpunk 2077, and even then the first-person adventure still made it to the stores in a very poor state (and was temporarily removed from the PlayStation Store and Microsoft Store). The situation with GSC Game World is a bit different, however, as the Ukrainian studio’s plans were first disrupted by the Russian invasion and war, and they had to move their headquarters to a safer country. This did not happen to CD Projekt RED.

“We know you might be tired of waiting, and we really appreciate your patience. These two additional months will give us a chance to fix more ‘unexpected anomalies’ (or just ‘bugs’ as you call them). We are always grateful for your continued support and understanding – it means the world to us. We’re just as eager as you are to finally release the game and have you experience it for yourself,” said GSC Game World director Yevhen Grygorovych in a press release.

A deeper look at S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl is also planned in conjunction with Xbox, and we’ll be able to see it on August 12th. Never-before-seen content will be unveiled: interviews, behind-the-scenes looks at development, and lots of new footage. We’ll get an overview of the world, more locations, but also gameplay and scenes. One of the story missions will be shown in its entirety during the broadcast by GSC Game World.

S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl will be released on Xbox Series and PC (Steam, GOG, Epic Games Store) on November 20th instead of September 5th, but will also be available on Xbox Game Pass.

She also played The Sims 3, but after accidentally killing a whole sim family, swore not to play it again. (For our office address, email and phone number check out our IMPRESSUM)
