Slitterhead: A Passionate and Bloody Story [VIDEO]

Bokeh Game Studio has taken a rather stylish approach to its upcoming action-adventure game, which has a slightly horror-inspired twist.

Must eliminate them all. Set in the cluttered streets of Kowlong, filled with darkness and chaos, this fighting action-adventure game casts players as the “Hyoki,” a being without memory or physical form. His sole motive is to eradicate the monstrous creatures known as “Slitterheads” that crawl through the city disguised as humans. As Hyoki roams the vibrant, neon-lit cityscape, he must find allies among the humans known as “Rarities,” infiltrate and track down dangerous organizations, and engage in battles that harness the power of blood. As the suspenseful drama unfolds, delve into the mystery behind Hyoki’s existence and the appearance of the Slitterheads.

The being called “Hyoki” finds himself wandering amidst the chaos of Kowlong, plagued by the mysterious. Though robbed of all memories, he is determined to exterminate every last Slitterhead. Infiltrating the city, he embarks on a mission to hunt them down while disguised within human society. Without a physical form, Hyoki’s ability allows him to possess and control human bodies at will, turning the people who wander the city into his pawns. With this power, he can pass through barriers, assume the identity of specific individuals, and infiltrate dangerous areas and organizations. By quickly changing hosts, he can also move through the city at high speed.

While human bodies are fragile, Hyoki can burn their life force and turn blood into weapons to face the ferocious Slitterheads. Even when critically wounded, he can continue to fight by efficiently switching hosts. By possessing “Rarities,” special humans who share a high synchronization with Hyoki, he is able to unleash even more powerful attacks and activate various abilities. Working with them is the key to uncovering the deepening mysteries of the city of Kowlong.

We won’t have to wait much longer for Slitterhead, and hopefully Bokeh Game Studio won’t come up with a last-minute delay (Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 did the same thing… we’ll discuss it in more detail later today). The game will be released on November 8th for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, PC (Steam, Epic Games Store) and PlayStation 4.
