Sony Unveils the INZONE M10S OLED Gaming Monitor [VIDEO]

TECH NEWS – Sony has added another product to its INZONE gaming lineup: the INZONE M10S is a 27-inch OLED gaming monitor with a 480Hz refresh rate, 0.03 ms response time, and QHD resolution. Developed in collaboration with one of the world’s leading esports organizations, Fnatic, the INZONE M10S is ready for competitive play, thanks to its 24.5-inch game-optimized mode and new FPS Pro mode.

Sony has also introduced the INZONE M9 II, an upgraded version of the 4K HDR gaming monitor. This model features dynamic backlighting, providing smoother and more realistic motion tracking.

INZONE M10S – Clear Motion and Quick Response Time

The INZONE M10S minimizes motion blur with an ultra-fast refresh rate of up to 480Hz and a 0.03 ms response time, delivering the sharpest image in QHD 1440p resolution. The OLED panel’s self-illuminating pixels respond faster than LCD panels, offering clearer motion. QHD resolution offers roughly 1.8 times the detail of FHD, which can be particularly advantageous for long-distance viewing in shooting games.

The monitor also features two new exclusive FPS modes. The FPS Pro+ mode, fine-tuned with the Fnatic VALORANT team, enhances image clarity and delivers higher response times. The FPS Pro mode offers characteristics that mimic the visual profiles of TN panels commonly used in competitive LCD monitors.

Ergonomic Design for Gaming

Developed in collaboration with Fnatic, the monitor features a compact stand with a 159mm diameter base and an ultra-thin 4mm footprint, providing comfort while maximizing desk space for a keyboard and mouse. The INZONE M10S allows players to position their keyboard at an angle and use a large mouse pad either around or under the screen.

Image Quality

The INZONE M10S delivers rich, vibrant colors and deep black levels thanks to its 98.5% DCI-P3 coverage and 10-bit color depth. The screen offers peak brightness up to 1300 nits through DisplayHDR True Black 400 technology and the Micro Lens Array+ system.

Collaboration with Fnatic

Sony and Fnatic’s collaboration has been growing since 2023, resulting in the INZONE M10S, designed for today’s and future professional players. During the development process, the teams not only shared ideas but also conducted gameplay tests in various locations.

Jake “Boaster” Howlett from the Fnatic VALORANT team said, “It was great to work with Sony from the very beginning on this product. I can’t wait to use it in competitions.” He added, “I’m a big fan of the FPS Pro+ mode because it provides a clearer view of the players.”

His teammate, Timofey “Chronicle” Khromov, also expressed his satisfaction: “I was involved in the development of the INZONE M10S, and I’m glad I had an impact on the final product. For me, the OLED monitor is the best choice with zero response time and excellent color range – if I perform poorly, it’s all on me!”
