Goat Simulator Remastered: An Old Goat Still Has Some Tricks! [VIDEO]

Goat Simulator 3 is also coming to two more platforms, so there’ll be plenty to goat around with soon…

Let’s start with a remaster of the first episode of Goat Simulator. Coffee Stain Studios, Coffee Stain North, Deep Silver Fishlabs (three studios working on the remaster… interesting) and Coffee Stain Publishing have announced that Goat Simulator Remastered will be released on November 7th for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series and PC (Steam, Epic Games Store, Microsoft Store), with the same goal of destruction as the original ten years ago. And of course, you still have to wreak havoc while controlling a goat.

Better, more advanced graphics, updated textures, new lighting and vegetation are all included in Goat Simulator Remastered, and the mutators have been reworked, not to mention the animations. All DLC from the PC version will be included, not to mention some extras from the mobile version. GoatVille (goat simulator’s New York), Goat City Bay (northern coastal town), Goat MMO (fantasy adventure in unknown places), Goat Z (zombie apocalypse), Payday (bank robbery), Waste of Space (sci-fi referenced space adventure), Buck to School (content carried over from the mobile version) – they’ll all be there in the remastered version.

There is a very funny paragraph from the press release, which we are translating: “Goat Simulator Remastered is a completely stupid game and has been a completely stupid game since we first invented goat simulation over 10 years ago. We’ve said it before, but you should definitely spend your money on something else, like a nice hat, a pile of bricks, or maybe pool your money with your friends and buy a real goat.

Equally frivolous is Goat Simulator 3, but we’ll cut to the chase here: currently available for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, PC (Steam, Epic Games Store), iOS and Android, the game will be available on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on October 24th.
