Get ready for a futuristic crossover! Cyberpunk 2077 characters are dropping into Fortnite on December 23rd, bringing the world of Night City to the battle royale.

Fortnite has become synonymous with unexpected crossovers, constantly expanding its roster with characters and franchises from across the entertainment spectrum. Epic Games’ battle royale juggernaut has cemented its cultural relevance by incorporating iconic superheroes and beloved characters from well-known sagas. These collaborations not only attract new players but also enhance the experience for existing fans. Now, the dystopian world of Cyberpunk 2077 is set to collide with Fortnite.

Night City Comes to Fortnite: V and Johnny Silverhand Join the Fray

As announced on X/Twitter, two of Cyberpunk 2077‘s most recognizable faces, V and Johnny Silverhand, will make their Fortnite debut on December 23rd. They will be available as playable skins, accompanied by a range of themed cosmetic items, including emotes, tools, and other surprises straight from Night City. This crossover promises to inject a dose of cyberpunk flair into the battle royale’s diverse offerings.

Rumors of this collaboration have been circulating for weeks, and now V and Johnny Silverhand are finally confirmed to spearhead a wave of Cyberpunk 2077 content in Fortnite. Players will be able to acquire Johnny’s skin, complete with his guitar, a unique backpack, and his signature katana. V will arrive with the Mantis Blades, the Quadra Turbo RV Tech vehicle, and a Flathead back bling.

Pricing and Availability

Each of these items will be available for individual purchase in the Fortnite store. However, a complete bundle featuring both characters and all accompanying cosmetics will be offered for 2,800 V-Bucks, which equates to 19.99 euros. If this partnership between CD Projekt Red and Epic Games proves successful, we might see further collaborations bringing more of Night City’s characters and environments into the popular battle royale in the future. For now, players can look forward to experiencing Fortnite as V and Johnny Silverhand.
