MachineGames’ game is coming soon to Sony’s current-gen console, but the situation is not so positive.

The person who previously leaked the PlayStation Plus games wrote that a more detailed PlayStation 5 announcement for Indiana Jones and the Great Circle will be made on March 24, and even shared a box art for both the base and premium editions. The pre-order will include the Traveling Suit costume and the lion taming whip. Where is the bad news? Well, billbil-kun added that both the base and premium editions of Indiana Jones and the Great Circle will be released on disc, but you will still need an Internet connection to download the game and its content. Of course, this is not a good idea from a game preservation point of view, because if the PlayStation Network goes down in the future, the saved disc will be unusable (not to mention the disc rot that has been in the news lately).

The PlayStation 5 port of Indiana Jones and the Great Circle is now official, but the release date and everything else has yet to be announced. But it’s just a matter of time.
