It’s rare to see a beat ’em up game set in Indonesia, but that’s exactly what the PC-exclusive game from Eksil Team will do.

Acts of Blood is a fast-paced, brutal, third-person beat ’em up game focused on hand-to-hand combat. It is set in the dystopian city of Bandung, Indonesia. Hendra’s life is torn apart when his family is slain by his father’s business rival in the bustling city of Bandung. Seeking justice, the college law student finds no help from the corrupt legal system protecting the killers. After discovering a powerful group behind the attack, Hendra decides to take revenge himself, determined to make them pay for their actions.

Players will play as Hendra, the protagonist. They will engage in fast-paced hand-to-hand combat against waves of enemies across various levels. The objective is to defeat all foes, including powerful boss characters, using brutal combat movements and various melee and firearm weapons. Dynamic, brutal combat ensures intense, visceral fights with fluid chains of bone-crushing attacks, blocks, and counters. Realistic enemy reactions and gruesome finishers keep combat engaging in fast-paced, blood-soaked scenarios.

The game features a diverse arsenal of vicious melee weapons and powerful firearms. Players can switch between weapons such as bats, knives, pistols, and rifles to deliver brutal beatdowns and bloody headshots. They can experiment to find the most devastating tools for different enemies. Destructible environmental elements add realism and strategy to combat. Acts of Blood will be released for PC in the summer of 2026. A console version is unlikely, but we may yet be proven wrong.
