Delta Force: Coming to Consoles, a New Season and an Arknights Crossover! [VIDEO]

Team Jade’s free-to-play FPS is no longer limited to PC: it’s heading to PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series consoles this August.

Let’s start with the upcoming season titled Break, which kicks off on July 9. A new Operations map called Tide Prison will challenge players to infiltrate a facility disguised as prisoners, retrieve their gear, and solve puzzles either solo or in teams. New mechanics like swimming, diving, and underwater exploration are also being introduced.

A new Warfare map named Cyclone is set on a tropical island hiding a secret ICBM missile launch facility. This large-scale map offers intense infantry and vehicular combat and adds a dynamic weather system that will affect immersion and gameplay strategy.

A new operator, Tempest, will be available for free via the Battle Pass. Equipped with an exoskeleton that enhances mobility, emergency evasion tools, and a charged drill that can disarm enemies, Tempest is ideal for close-quarters combat and standoff scenarios. New weapons and vehicles will also arrive, including an assault rifle, a compound bow, and a jet ski. Victory Unite upgrades will introduce a real-time command center and new call-in support options to reduce respawn times.

This summer will also see a brand-new Arknights crossover event. Players will be able to unlock Operator appearances inspired by characters from Arknights. Team Jade has revealed an Executor-themed appearance for Stinger based on his Titleless Code outfit, and a Skyline-style appearance for Luna Schwarz. Toxik and Hackclaw will also be part of the crossover, with a full reveal expected soon.

Delta Force launches on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series on August 19. The Black Hawk Down single-player campaign will be available as free DLC on both Sony and Microsoft platforms. You can check out several videos showcasing the new content below.
