Achilles: Survivor: The Early Access Period Is About to End! [VIDEO]

Dark Point Games’ title is about to finish its Early Access phase and make the jump to consoles.

In Achilles: Survivor, players can choose from a wide array of heroes: from Achilles himself to a boulder-throwing Cyclops, all the way to a small but mighty rooster god. Every hero has their own unique skills, pushing players to master a variety of play styles. Battle the hordes of the underworld on playable maps inspired by mythological locations from Achilles’ story, like Troy and Tartarus. During every run, level up your hero from mortal to a god of destruction, unlocking new power-ups and abilities along the way. Boost your party’s stats between runs to up your odds against Hades’ minions, as you face deadlier monsters and bosses.

After the Trojan War, Hades, god of the underworld, resurrected Achilles to serve his own ends in a divine conflict. Once Achilles had fulfilled his purpose, Hades betrayed him—casting him into the depths of Tartarus and sentencing him to eternal torment. But Achilles refused this fate: he broke free, rescuing many lost souls (including some who fell to his own sword). Furious, Hades unleashed his dark minions to hunt Achilles and the souls he’d saved. Play as Achilles or any of the liberated souls and prepare for a battle that transcends the land of the living, hoping to thwart Hades and his army of the damned.

Expand your arsenal with traps and upgrades, choose from a roster of heroes with unique combat powers, mow down thousands of foes, and strengthen your character. Confront powerful bosses and hundreds of enemy types across distinct biomes—each expedition brings back treasures to make your next run even stronger.

Achilles: Survivor launched in Early Access on PC on January 29 and will leave Early Access on July 29—exactly six months later. On that day, it launches for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One at a price of €7. The Nintendo Switch version will launch sometime in Q3, by the end of September at the latest.

Still, she likes puzzle and story-oriented games, like Sherlock Holmes: Crimes & Punishments, which is her favourite title. She also played The Sims 3, but after accidentally killing a whole sim family, swore not to play it again. (For our office address, email and phone number check out our IMPRESSUM)
