Made By Google 2025: No Shortage of New Product Announcements!

TECH NEWS – The Alphabet subsidiary will unveil more hardware at its event in an attempt to beat Apple to the punch.

Google has officially announced that its Made by Google 2025 event will take place on August 20. At the event, the company will unveil the new Pixel 10 lineup and Pixel Watch 4. As part of a complete transition on the software side, the company has decided to launch the new hardware much earlier than last year. Previously, Google unveiled the new Pixel devices in October, a month after Apple’s annual iPhone announcement. This time, however, the Pixel flagships are being announced roughly a month earlier than the iPhone 17 lineup.

The venue for the event is also changing, moving from Mountain View, California, to New York City. Select members of the media will be invited to attend the event and participate in hands-on sessions. The event’s highlight will be the highly anticipated Pixel 10, Pixel 10 Pro, Pixel 10 Pro XL, and Pixel 10 Pro Fold, as well as the Pixel Watch 4. The invitation was released to the media exactly five weeks before the event. Made by Google 2025 will start at 10 a.m. Pacific on August 20 and will be available to watch on YouTube.

The event will likely focus on new software and AI, as the devices are expected to have the same design as the current models. However, the company may surprise us with new products. Another highlight will be the new Tensor G5 chip, as Google has switched from Samsung to TSMC. This change will improve performance and efficiency, but it remains to be seen how the chip will compete against Apple’s A19 Pro chip and the Galaxy Snapdragon 8 Elite chip.

We’ll find out more about Google’s software and hardware projects on August 20.
