MOVIE NEWS – Cynthia Erivo is one of today’s biggest musical stars, who conquered Broadway and now, thanks to Wicked, has become part of film history. The 38-year-old’s voice is her signature, but she recently became a brand ambassador for Listerine, earning a $2 million contract for her efforts. Her perfect smile and even more perfect teeth are also among her hallmarks. “I was a nerdy kid; my mom never had to tell me to brush my teeth,” she told People magazine.

She’s never abandoned that good habit as an adult, considering tooth-brushing almost a job requirement—she brushes her teeth before every stage performance. “Before I go on stage, that’s the last thing I do. I want to be sure I feel completely fresh. It’s a kind of reset for me before I sing or speak.”

The insurance taken out on Erivo’s mouth is not a small sum, but the record is held by America Ferrara (Barbie, How to Train Your Dragon): her mouth was valued at $10 million by Aquafresh.
