What Can We Expect in Year 2 Content-Wise in Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine II? [VIDEO]

The Anniversary Update marks the beginning of the second year of content expansion for Saber Interactive and Focus Entertainment’s highly successful game.

 

Let’s take a closer look at what the next six patches will bring. Patch 10, the Anniversary update, arrives on September 4. Free updates include: a new PvE mission, new PvP modes (Helbrute Onslaught, Stratagems), a new PvP arena, three new weapons, a Majoris enemy (Chaos Spawn), and the Chaos Armour Pack. Season Pass II will feature the Black Templars Champion Pack and the Imperial Fists Cosmetic Pack.

Patch 11, coming sometime between October and December 2025, will deliver free updates such as a new PvE mission, new mission pickups, new rewards, and new battlefield conditions for Stratagems. Season Pass II will feature the Blood Angels Champion Pack and the Salamanders Cosmetic Pack.

Patch 12, scheduled for Q1 2026, will bring free updates like a new PvE mission, the Techmarine character class, the Omnissiah Axe Techmarine weapon, the Battle-Barge expansion, and new Stratagems battlefield conditions. Season Pass II will include the Raven Guard Champion Pack and the Carcharodons Cosmetic Pack.

Patch 13, also set for Q1 2026, will add free updates such as a new PvE mission, a new Terminus enemy, and progression tweaks. Season Pass II will provide the Iron Hands Chapter Pack.

Patch 14, expected in Q2 2026, will bring free updates including two new PvP arenas, PvP Stratagems, and additional Stratagems rewards. Season Pass II will include the ///redacted/// Champion Pack and the Raptors Cosmetic Pack.

Patch 15, also arriving in Q2 2026, will add a new Siege map and fresh Stratagems rewards as free updates.

With this roadmap, Saber and Focus are ensuring players will have plenty of reasons to return to Warhammer 40K: Space Marine II, currently available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and PC.
