This week’s PlayStation State of Play brought with it a major surprise from Bandai Namco: a fresh gameplay trailer for Code Vein 2, the highly anticipated follow-up to the 2019 cult action RPG. Alongside the footage, the publisher also locked in a release date, giving fans a clear target to look forward to.
The game is officially slated to launch on January 30, 2026, coming to PC (Steam), PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S. The story once again unfolds in a brutal world inhabited by both humans and Revenants — creatures that have lost their humanity and now stand as terrifying foes. To overcome them, players must harness their blood to unlock devastating new abilities and evolve their combat style.
