Let It Die: Inferno – A Deeper Story Peek Drops At G-Star [VIDEO]

Supertrick Games and GungHo Online Entertainment cut a new showcase for G-Star, teasing fresh narrative beats from the franchise’s latest entry.

Let It Die: Inferno is a roguelite survival action game where you plunge into unruly fights against grotesque creatures, hostile factions and even other players. Just as humanity began to recover from the unprecedented cataclysm dubbed Earth Rage, a yawning fissure opened wide enough to consume an entire city. Dubbed the Hell Gate, it hides the Reaper Eye deep below, a massive crystal said to contain the world-ruling energy.

Explore, endure and break out of the Inferno, with stage layouts and item spawns shifting every match. Beyond the Hell Gate’s PvPvE clashes – where players battle both the environment and each other – a dedicated competitive mode lets you fight exclusively against other players, so expect both PvPvE and pure PvP. The team hopes this sharpened take on the Let It Die universe hits the spot for fans old and new.

While Let It Die began life under Grasshopper Manufacture, a different studio now steers the series: Supertrick Games, the developer behind the direct follow-up Deathverse: Let It Die. Let It Die: Inferno will be playable in Busan, South Korea from November 13 to 16. On-site, GungHo Online Entertainment will hand out stickers, pins and T-shirts tied to the game – the kind of promo swag that’s standard fare at events.

Let It Die: Inferno launches December 3 on PlayStation 5 and PC. The base edition is priced at 25 dollars, the Deluxe Edition at 45 – bundling the base game with the Support Pack, the Sasuke Body Bundle and the ability to create game rooms. The 60-dollar Ultimate Edition adds the Power-Up Support Pack on top. And of course, no Let It Die outing would be complete without Uncle Death.

Still, she likes puzzle and story-oriented games, like Sherlock Holmes: Crimes & Punishments, which is her favourite title. She also played The Sims 3, but after accidentally killing a whole sim family, swore not to play it again. (For our office address, email and phone number check out our IMPRESSUM)
