Pragmata: The Sketchbook Demo Is Now Available on Consoles, Too!

Capcom’s hacking-focused action-adventure is coming soon, and to fuel the hype, the Japanese publisher has made the demo available everywhere.

The Pragmata Sketchbook demo launched yesterday on consoles. This free public demo transports players to a cold lunar research station in the near future. In this science-fiction action-adventure game, spacefarer Hugh and android Diana must join forces to find a way back to Earth after the station’s AI classifies them as threats and dispatches hostile robots to neutralize them.

In the demo, players can experience the highly anticipated title’s unique combat and exploration for the first time at home on consoles. Beyond getting a feel for the exhilarating fusion of hacking and shooting, players are encouraged to replay the Sketchbook demo: it’s packed with fun surprises, including hidden features that you might only uncover after multiple playthroughs, so get ready to explore and put your action skills to the test.

The demo originally debuted on PC, and in case you missed it, here are the system requirements:

Minimum system requirements – Performance preset, 1080p/45 FPS; frame rate may decrease during graphically intensive scenes

64-bit operating system and processor required
Operating system: Windows 11 (version number not specified)
Processor: Intel Core i5-8500 / AMD Ryzen 5 3500
Memory: 16 GB RAM
Video card: Nvidia GeForce GTX 1660 (6 GB VRAM) / AMD Radeon RX 5500 XT (8 GB VRAM)
DirectX: DX12
Broadband internet connection
Free storage space: 40 GB (SSD recommended)

Recommended system requirements – Balanced preset, 1080p/60 FPS; frame rate may decrease in graphically intensive scenes

64-bit operating system and processor required
Operating system: Windows 11 (version number not specified)
Processor: Intel Core i7-8700 / AMD Ryzen 5 5500
Memory: 16 GB RAM
Video card: Nvidia GeForce RTX 2060 Super (8 GB VRAM) / AMD Radeon RX 6600 (8 GB VRAM)
DirectX: DX12
Broadband internet connection
Free storage space: 40 GB (SSD recommended)

The broadband internet connection is clearly there because of Denuvo. The demo definitely doesn’t need 40 GB. What’s more, these requirements match Resident Evil Requiem down to the bone. Is Capcom too lazy to take PC players seriously? Pragmata is set to launch on April 24 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, Nintendo Switch 2, and PC.
