Feeble Minds, founded by former Coffee Stain Studio developers, has revealed a dark and punishing co-op action RPG set in a mysterious ancient desert.
Feeble Minds, created by the founders of Coffee Stain Studio, has announced a cooperative action RPG that is currently in development for PC, but not yet for consoles. Serpent’s Gaze is a challenging 1–4 player third-person action game featuring brutal enemies and relentless bosses as you uncover the secrets of an ancient desert. The levels are fully handcrafted with no procedural generation. While the game can be played solo, it is clearly designed with four-player co-op in mind. Each run is unique thanks to a curse system that applies stacking difficulty modifiers, from invading enemies to minibosses that actively hunt the player.
You play as a scion created by the withering tree god Magnolia, tasked with defeating the rival gods and usurpers who rule the land. Violence is the only path forward, though how you walk that path is up to you. As you progress, the story gradually unfolds, revealing the desert’s mysteries and the truth about your enigmatic patron.
Choose your weapon and engage in intense tactical combat, supported by a large variety of upgrades. Up to four players can join forces to take on the world’s threats, or you can advance alone at your own pace. Along each route, you’ll discover blessings, gifts, and relics that open up endless build possibilities. The Awareness system ramps up the difficulty further, making each successful run tougher than the last.
Distinct factions inhabit the world. The deserts and ruins belong to the nomadic Majin, while the cathedral-filled city is home to the proud Attar’Esh. The environments are grand, atmospheric, and filled with danger.

Serpent’s Gaze does not yet have a release date. It is being developed for PC, and a demo is available on Steam.
