This game won’t be on PC, and in this case, the abbreviation doesn’t stand for “personal computer.”
During The Game Awards, CI Games presented the first gameplay video of Lords of the Fallen II, confirming the 2026 release period mentioned earlier this year. The video showcased improvements introduced in the sequel, including a new dismemberment feature that allows players to neutralize opponents more quickly and decisively. This feature is complemented by new execution modes that further refine the combat experience.
According to the press release, there will be even greater variety in enemy types, as well as complex boss battles that will challenge the toughest players, whether they play solo, in co-op mode, or in optional PvP mode. However, Lords of the Fallen II will also feature some philosophical changes. Marek Tyminski, CEO of CI Games, discussed these changes and his more active role in developing the sequel on Twitter:
“Many of you asked why the game initially had body types A and B. Hexworks began in early 2020 as an autonomous studio owned by CI Games. Early on, political correctness and filtering meant not every decision reached me on time. I became much more involved in late 2024, and I now serve as Head of Studio in addition to my role as CEO. Things are very different now, and the studio has been fully integrated. We’ve reversed many poor decisions and will continue improving. Lords of the Fallen II is being developed based on real player feedback, and that’s evident in the last two trailers,” said Tyminski.

One respondent asked if the game would feature attractive female characters and provocative armor. Tyminski confirmed that it would. He also confirmed that Hexworks would address one of the most common complaints about the predecessor, the placement of enemies, in the sequel. Additionally, Hexworks and CI Games released a new update for the 2023 Lords of the Fallen. The behavior of enemies, especially bosses, has changed significantly throughout the game, increasing the level of difficulty. Many bosses now wield new weapons with distinctive attack animations. Veteran Mode main enemies have become even more dangerous thanks to faster transitions, extremely aggressive behavior, and new attack patterns.
Lords of the Fallen II is coming to PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and PC.
