Supermassive Games‘ Until Dawn hit the PlayStation 4 exclusively in the end of August, and while the devs are having internal discussions about a potential sequel, Sony unveiled a new project in the franchise, which is currently in development for the PlayStation VR. This game is called Until Dawn: Rush of Blood.
However, this game is going to be an arcade-style shooter, which is going to be a different experience compared to the base game, not to mention the obvious changes to the gameplay, seeing how this is a virtual reality-title. We can get to fear more, or… if unlucky, we might end up changing the underwear after a session…
Several hundred PlayStation VR titles are currently in development, so it’s no surprise that Sony is regarding the PlayStation VR – formerly known as Project Morpheus – as a new platform, and this game is just one of the bigger ones. Supermassive did not mention a release date, but our guess is that it’s going to be one of the PlayStation VR launch games.
