Bioware‘s RPG is now on the master disc.
The developers revealed on their official Twitter account along with a GIF that the „most ambitious” Mass Effect title, Andromeda, is now complete and ready to see the physical copies get manufactured. Now we can guess how large the day-1 patch is going to be…
Development started in 2012, right after launching Mass Effect 3. However, Bioware moved over to the current console generation since then, plus they also picked up the latest Frostbite engine, which seems to be the trend with most Electronic Arts-published games. (Even the indie title Unravel used it a year ago!)
Mass Effect: Andromeda will launch on March 21 on PlayStation 4 (with PS4 Pro support), Xbox One, and PC. Europe will receive the game two days later, on March 23. On PC, free up 55, while on consoles, get 45-60 gigabytes of space ready for the game!
