A quick recap of multiple games and topics.
Assassin’s Creed: Origins received its launch trailer, called „Legend of Assassin,” showing gameplay in 4K resolution. The game’s out this Friday on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
The next big Nintendo Switch-exclusive, Super Mario Odyssey, got two trailers, both featuring Mario’s cap, called Cappy, showing off its capabilities. This game also launches on Friday.
The Xbox One X arrives shortly (on November 7), so it’s time for Microsoft to show what advantages owning the stronger Microsoft console to offer. Therefore, they showed Gears of War 4, which seems to have received a massive visual boost.
The Xbox One X itself also got a TV commercial, which is called Feel True Power. We’re eager to see how its arrival can turn the status quo (the Switch is in the front with the PlayStation 4 behind, then the Xbox One follows behind by a massive distance).
And Far Cry 5‘s collector’s edition, dubbed the Resistance Edition, has been revealed. The package is GameStop-exclusive in the US, and it’s going to cost 200 dollars on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, and it will come with the Gold Edition of Far Cry 5 (because of course there has to be a Season Pass) in a steelbook, but the box will also contain a 16.5-inch statue featuring Nick Rye (one of the protagonists) and his dog, Boomer, as well as a bandana, a beer koozie, a pin, and some postcards, all having the Hope County logo.
