The gentleman, who formerly was behind Deadly Premonition and D4, might make his game show up on the Nintendo Switch, too.
White Owls (who gets some help from Yukio Futatsugi’s team – he previously created Panzer Dragoon and Phantom Dust!) describes this game as a „debt repayment daily life RPG.” Currently, there are 38 hours left of the Kickstarter campaign, but we can already say that The Good Life will be completed for PlayStation 4 and PC, and a Nintendo Switch port isn’t ruled out either… although we don’t think it will happen.
For that, the devs would need to get 140 thousand dollars in 1.5 days (they need 800K dollars, they are at 660K, and the main goal was 620K), but in case they cannot achieve enough money, they’d invest it into the game by adding more music, town seasonal events, part-time jobs and revenue-generating activities, or outfits. (They don’t promise anything, but they will do their best to make a Switch port possible.)
The Good Life will launch in November 2019 on PlayStation 4 and PC.
