Time to get lost on Mars.
The French publisher announced that the late-March launch Far Cry 5 would get its next DLC, called Lost on Mars, would launch in a few days. At the same time, Far Cry Arcade, the level editor, will also get Mars-themed content (such as the Obliteratorrrr, Taser Phazer Annihilazer, Nerve Reaper, Grape Popper, Hellfire weapons), allowing creative minds to make either new, sci-fi themed maps, or update existing ones.
„Lost on Mars transports the franchise’s insanity from Hope County to the red planet as Nick Rye is teleported to a hostile planet to help his buddy Hurk thwart an alien invasion of Earth. This adventure gives players a new arsenal of alien weaponry, including the Blaster of Disaster, Hellfire and Morphinator, while also introducing a new traversal tool with Space Jets. Humankind’s future is in the hands of the game’s most notorious guns-for-hire. Time to squash some bugs,” the press release says.
Far Cry 5‘s Lost On Mars DLC will launch on July 17 on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. Separately, it costs 10 dollars/euros. The final DLC, Dead Living Zombies, will come in August, and it will also update Far Cry Arcade.
