Square Enix has officially confirmed when and for what Tactics Ogre Reborn will be released following a leak. The good news is that it’s not just for PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4.

The game will have a base price of $50 in both physical and digital editions, but Tactics Ogre: Reborn will only be available in digital format on PC. Pre-orderers will receive a digital mini soundtrack download code to access three original songs (Tactics Ogre: Reborn Original Soundtrack), composed by Hitoshi Sakimoto and performed live.

The Digital Premium Edition, which will not be available for Nintendo Switch, will be $60. It will include the full soundtrack of 74 songs along with the game. There’s also a pre-release bonus: ten chiptune songs from the original 1995 SNES game. Tactics Ogre: Reborn Original Soundtrack, Tactics Ogre: Reborn Digital Mini Soundtrack and Tactics Ogre (1995) Digital Mini Soundtrack will all be sold separately later.

The cutscenes are fully voiced in English and Japanese, and the music has been re-recorded with live performances! The voices bring new life to the complex motivations of the characters that make up the factions and shifting political alliances of this epic story. When you advance far enough in the game, you’ll unlock the World Tarot, enabling you to travel back in the story with the power of your forces intact; a handy feature in a game where your choices hugely impact how the story unfolds. If you wonder what a different choice would have led to, now you can find out! Travelling back isn’t limited to the story; the Chariot Tarot lets you rewind up to a certain number of moves during battle. Tactics Ogre: Reborn is coming to PlayStation 5, PC (Steam, 100% sure to include Denuvo), PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch on November 11. Unfortunately, the collector’s edition is available only in Japan for 22,000 yen (~$165) on the Square Enix e-STORE. It won’t come to the West. It includes a 15-song mini soundtrack CD featuring the in-game music re-recorded with a live orchestra; a three-volume script book of every chapter’s scenario; an official art book featuring artwork from Akihiko Yoshida, Tsubasa Masao, and more; a three-piece set of tarot cards with storage pouch and mat, all in a special box.
