The Mega Man IP is coming in Season 4; Capcom has also announced when the game’s fourth major free update will arrive.

The dino-blasting action game’s latest free content expansion – Title Update 4 – will bring two new game modes and six additional exosuit variants to wield in wargames. The upcoming season will also include a collaboration with the Mega Man series, which will introduce a rockin’ new boss battle and Blue Bomber-themed cosmetics. Time Loop Rebellion, a co-op challenge mode, pits 10 players against the game’s final boss, the Behemoth, in an even more powerful form. By accomplishing certain feats in this high-stakes mode, Exofighters can earn rewards, including golden “First Class” exosuit skins to show off their combat prowess.

In Custom Match, players can create their own lobbies in this mode and choose exactly which map and mission type they want to play. These custom rooms can also be shared with players on different platforms, so friends can progress through the story together in Dino Survival mode and team up to take on Savage Gauntlet and Time Loop Rebellion. Custom Match also features a new “Quick Brawl” setting that allows Exofighters to select and jump directly into their favorite final missions, including those that are more player versus player.

Exoprimal Title Update 4 also introduces six shiny new beta variant Exosuits, bringing the total number of playable Exosuits in the game to 30, as well as additional modules and a mortar rig for further customization (Zephyr Beta: Boost Claws; Vigilant Beta: Bowhunter; Krieger Beta: Lightning Cannon; Murasame Beta: Windcaller; Witchdoctor Beta: Plasma Shot; Nimbus Beta: Wild Bomb).

Exoprimal’s fourth major update will be released on April 17th for PlayStation 5, Xbox consoles, PC (Steam), PlayStation 4, and Xbox One. The game will also be available on Xbox Game Pass. Mega Man content is expected to arrive later this spring.
