There are some “leaked” trailers, which are difficult to believe, that they were actually stolen, and then there are some situations when sensible data gets indeed stolen or accidentally shared. This time that’s the latter case with The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt’s design documents which were stolen from one CD Project Red developer Google Drive.
CD Project Red later acknowledged the news adding that the developer’s email was hacked and that’s how the data thief could get his hand on the design documents.
The whole story was revealed by a Reddit user named Kromgar, who also shared some of the design documents and concept arts for the game. Don’t worry none of the images we were able to find spoil anything too important, but that doesn’t mean there aren’t some more spoiler-filled ones out there. As the Reddit user notes, the design documents contained the game’s endings so it’s only a matter of time until somebody uploads those as well.
