Natural Doctrine will be released on PS4, PS3 and PS Vita on September 16 in North America and on September 19 in Europe.

This strategy RPG, which has been touted by publisher NIS America as “the first hardcore strategy game to hit the PS4”, is set in a post-apocalyptic world and gameplay-wise is similar to titles Final Fantasy Tactics, Advance Wars, and even Valkyria Chronicles.

The game comes toting both Cross-Play and Cross-Save functionality, and is set to be released both digitally and on disc.
