Dead or Alive 5 Last Round confirmed for PlayStation 4

There were rumors circulating about a possible Dead or Alive 5 game these days, and it seems that the producer of Koei Tecmo: Yosuke Hayashi has finally confirmed that the game is in development and will be coming to the PlayStation 4.

Speaking at the Japan Gamer’s Live awards ceremony last weekend, Hayashi confirmed to media that Dead or Alive 5 Last Round (the official title of the game) will be coming to the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, in the Spring of 2015.

Dead or Alive 5 Last Round will be the next-gen update of Dead or Alive 5 Ultimate, the updated version of DOA 5 that was released on the PS3 and Xbox 360 last year.

No other information was revealed about Dead or Alive 5 for the PlayStation 4, but we expect the game to include all of the characters and locations from the DOA5 Ultimate, and perhaps some new content as well.
