Uncharted 4: October 1 – an Amazon placeholder or real date?

It’s possible, that Walmart’s website have accidentally leaked the launch date for one of 2015’s most anticipated PlayStation 4 exclusive titles. The listing, which hasn’t yet been changed or altered, shows that the upcoming PlayStation 4 exclusive, Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End, will ship on October 1, 2015.

That’s actually a Thursday, so it doesn’t seem quite right, as most all new games release on a Tuesday (or a Friday) in North America. Still, it’s not impossible at all. Don’t forget that Drake’s Fortune and Among Thieves both released in October, so perhaps October really is the intended launch window…
