Sony has set his bar quite high about this fiscal year’s sales expections for PlayStation 4 – honestly, we didn’t expect this amount ourselves either. In the 2015 fiscal year (starting on April 1 and ending on March 31, 2016), they expect to sell no less than 16 million PlayStation 4 units, which is 1.2 million up on their fiscal 2014 results.
This is most likely erected due to the entrance into the Chinese console market, despite the severely limited game line-up in that country.
However, Sony still expects to sell even less PS3s, which is absolutely natural. No data about the Vita though.
