Sony: is the PS Vita a legacy platform or not?

Yesterday, the CEO of Sony Computer Entertainment Andrew House had a pretty upsetting statement, when he mentioned the PlayStation Vita – even going as far to say that it’s pretty much a legacy platform. That would be really a harsh thing to the 2012-debut handheld…



…but a Sony spokesman quickly tried to fix the situation. According to him, House’s comment was about the first generation of the PS Vita, so the current model and the PS Vita TV are not in danger. On top of that, the Asian market is very interested in the handheld, so things are going well. They can prove it by announcing a great exclusive on the E3…
