Hello Games’ No Man’s Sky is very suspicious at the moment. It was presented in Stephen Colbert’s The Late Show as well earlier, which pretty much means the game is either close to completion, or is already done, going by the other games being presented on the TV. Rumours say that the game might silently launch on October 27. Tomorrow? Hmm…
It’s likely to see No Man’s Sky on the PlayStation Store this week, and it might even be announced on the Paris Game Week. (Sony plans several surprises to drop here, we can name a few…) And this would even make some sense, because this would take some attention away from Halo 5, also moments away from the launch.
Of course, the game’s producer Sean Murray denied these rumours, but we think it’s likely to happen anyway. But, seeing how Sony didn’t really promote the game in the past few weeks, it could actually be a very risky move.
We’re going to see soon what happens though: will the rumours be false, or they end up being proven true yet again?
.@dojo_ninja I heard that rumour that NMS is stealth releasing on Oct 27th. It is false
