The Moment of Truth is Right Now! Now We’ll All Know How Satisfied Are The PlayStation Plus Users!

On Reddit, a survey’s results have been posted recently. The survey was about PlayStation Plus, it wanted to check how satisfied the users are about Sony‘s service. The results are shocking, to say the least!

Since 2012, the user satisfaction rate has dropped by a staggering seventy (!) percent! 4000 users have completed the survey and only 23.1 percent is satisfied with PS Plus, despite the rate being 95% in November 2012. Why has the rate fallen into the toilet since? Simple: with the launch of the PlayStation 4, the PlayStation Plus subscription has been mandatory on the current-gen console to play online.

The dissatisfaction rate is also worrying: it’s currently at 65.2%. The reasons are not only the PS4+PS Plus problem, but it’s also about Sony and the games that are provided for free to the PS Plus subscribers. (Just for an example, in April, you get Zombi, which originally was a Wii U-exclusive, and the online multiplayer space shooter Dead Star.)

You can take a look at the results here.
