Call of Duty is jumping all over the place with rumors before its alleged reveal on Tuesday (if that day is correct, then Battlefield, which will be shown off to the public on May 6 by Electronic Arts, will have been beaten to the punch). However, we’re now not talking about Infinite Warfare. Right, that is being teased in Black Ops III at the moment. We’re now focusing on Call of Duty: Modern Warfare‘s remastered release, which is all but confirmed by Activision.
Infinite Warfare will have at least two retail versions. The Standard one will cost 80 bucks… although we are suspecting that this is in Canadian dollars and not US ones. Games cost more in Canada, and an 80-dollar price tag would make sense. However, there’s also the Legacy Edition, which will have Modern Warfare Remastered as well for 110 dollars. The re-release would have the campaign and ten out of sixteen multiplayer maps.
As this image isn’t confirmed to be official yet, take it with a grain of salt. Still, it’s a little disappointing that the devs wouldn’t have the entire game ported over to the current gen consoles. (The website shown on the image doesn’t work – clever, very clever.)
