The time has come; Ubisoft has officially revealed what Watch Dogs 2 has to offer.
We have seen multiple rumors about the game, including the protagonist’s look, a teaser trailer, as well as leaked advertisements showing a possible release date and location. However, we now know everything about the hacking sequel, so let’s get right into it.
Watch Dogs 2 will launch on November 15 on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC, so after the first game, the previous console generation is left behind. The location is going to be San Francisco, so the rumor about the city was true!
The protagonist is called Marcus Holloway, and surprisingly, the rumor about his look has been confirmed here as well: he wears glasses, and he’s definitely not Aiden. Marcus has some parkour skills, plus he can pack a punch if that is needed.
Hacking is promised to be more in-depth than the first game; you can now hack forklifts or even cars! Ever wanted an enemy to be killed by a reversing car? Do it! Quadcopter? RC car? You can control these. The driving physics will also be more realistic than the first Watch Dogs. We will also be able to play cooperatively with other players, just go up to them and offer a team-up.
