UPDATE: All three Bioshock games received a thirteen-minute video, so you can see what you can expect with Bioshock, Bioshock 2, and Bioshock Infinite in their remastered format.
Unfortunately, if you don’t enjoy commentary over the videos, you might end up reaching for that mute button on the player. Bioshock: The Collection will launch on September 13 on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
ORIGINAL: 2K doesn’t want to leave the BioShock franchise behind despite Irrational Games (the devs of the first and third game) working on something else.
Shinobi602 is at it again, we’re sharing his thoughts – for him, the May-early June time of the year seems to be the most active for leaking information about upcoming games. He says that while he doesn’t say that there will be no more BioShock, he wouldn’t wait for it. Irrational was dissolved (was it, though? – the editor), and while he thinks there is a new BioShock game in development, there might be an announcement later this year and not at the E3.
Meanwhile, don’t forget that a BioShock Collection has been rumored multiple times this year, probably making us prepare for the new game. We’ll see shortly if 2K does pull the BioShock out of its hat or not.
