Giant Squid‘s game was revealed over two years ago because Abzu was first shown at E3 2014. The studio was founded by Flower’s and Journey’s art director, Matt Nava, so this fact itself made the game catch the attention of journalists and gamers alike.
Thanks to PlayStation Access, we can see almost a quarter hour of gameplay of this upcoming game, which will be published by 505 Games. You should watch the video with lights out, on full screen, while relaxing, letting the frames roll by – Abzu is artistic, and that’s not a problem: it is a relaxing sight in the hot summer.
We also know when the title hits the stores: Abzu will be out on August 2 on PlayStation 4, and PC, but only in digital format. You will have to look for it on the PlayStation Store or Steam. The Giant Squid-game can be described as a stylistic swimming simulator. Maybe.
Day one purchase for me! STUNNING visuals and it looks like it will be even better than Journey.
