Sony To Reveal The First PlayStation Mobile Games This Year

Sony is about to reveal some of the PlayStation franchise-based mobile games.

Back in March, Sony announced their latest venture into mobile gaming by creating ForwardWorks, which is exclusively working on mobile titles. Nikkei says that we might see the early birds in announcements in 2016.

While Sony still aims these unannounced PlayStation smartphone/tablet games at the Japanese and Asian markets, some of them may be „linked to console experiences.” That seems to be a silent thought of considering Western releases, too.

After PlayStation Phone Xperia, and PlayStation Mobile, Sony might succeed with their third try in mobile gaming. The new games are to launch in 2018, so there’s still time.
