These two games might end up in the books of ludology.
Gravity Rush 2? Horizon Zero Dawn? We know something better: in no time, these two games (or their trailers, to be exact) got a lot of attention on PlayStation’s official YouTube account.
The first such game is Life of Black Tiger, and allow us to quote the official description of the video: „an interactive adventure story game is set in jungle, field, and forest surroundings. You can have a vivid and realistic experience through in various missions.” Fantastic.
The other game is Skylight Freerange 2: Gachudine: „an open world RPG that takes place in Nova Scotia in 2048. Choices can impact the storyline, available quests, final battles, which of the 23 party members make an appearance and are available, and endings.”
But seriously: how did these games end up on this channel? One of them is a game ported over from mobile phones (and it also looks like a very basic Unity engine solution at that), and the other one wouldn’t look acceptable even on the original PlayStation. Negative marketing is still marketing, though: these devs probably received some undeserved attention via these videos.
