Naughty Dog revealed a few new details about the standalone DLC of Uncharted 4.
On the PlayStation Blog, the developers revealed that Uncharted: Lost Legacy would have a bigger area than any other Uncharted games, meaning that they have made a jump further than Uncharted 4. There will also be the single biggest level in Uncharted’s history as well in Lost Legacy. Size does matter, it seems.
Story-wise, Lost Legacy will play a year after 4, in Southern India. Chloe is looking for the Tusk of Ganesh, and she will meet Nadine along the way (we don’t know how it will happen yet, though).
Naughty Dog, having learned their lesson, will be balancing out the action sections with the puzzle portions, and the location won’t just be limited to a jungle-like area, which means you will have a lot of stones to turn over to find all secrets.
Stealth will play a pivotal role, and that is the reason why for the first time in the series, there will be a silenced pistol available to use in Lost Legacy. What about Nathan Drake? Not even a cameo will happen, sorry, folks!
The game’s out sometime in 2017, exclusively on the PlayStation 4.
