The Witcher 3 has an iconic cutscene that has become a meme.
PC Gamer has suddenly showed up on Twitter with an unexpected post. „We memed so hard it came true. Thanks CD Projekt RED,” the post says, and there’s an image attached to it. On it, we can see The Witcher‘s protagonist, Geralt, taking a bath in a tub, with a few PC Gamer magazines lying around him.
We don’t see this situation that often: a game has a cutscene/event, which is so inspirational that the characters show up in real life or in other games as a nod to the original developer’s idea. CD Projekt RED’s work is admired by many, proven by this event: the original game, which launched in May 2015, is still remembered by the iconic cutscene of Geralt relaxing in hot water…
„Never take a bath without PC Gamer” – we could do so without PC Gamer until now, so we’d rather not pick up this offer…
