The developers behind Castlevania: Lords of Shadow didn’t disappear!

Even though Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2 was weaksauce, MercurySteam did not give up, and their work resulted in Raiders of the Broken Planet, which is meant to be a pulp sci-fi adventure with a „unique asymmetric 4 divided by 1 co-operative/competitive online” aspect. It will contain four campaigns (Alien Myths, Wardog Fury, Hades Betrayal, Council Apocalypse), and the first one, Alien Myths, will launch shortly.

„Each campaign tells a parallel story and can be enjoyed in any order and will be packed to the rafters with new missions, new characters and tons of new content, each developing and growing the sci-fi universe of Raiders,” the press release says.

The closed beta will run on May 13 and May 14 on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC, and all you have to do is sign up here.

The four campaigns are supposed to be all available by the end of this year.
