If you’re into movies, you may have found something in Michel Ancel‘s game.
In the video below, pause it at 23 seconds, when the team is seen. Isn’t one of them familiar? Like the person in that levitating armchair? There’s the answer.
It looks like Michel Ancel or one of the character designers have watched too much of Pirates of the Caribbean: At World’s End, as the said character looks like Mistress Ching. Almost every character trait has moved over, excluding the obvious flying armchair, of course. It can’t be some unfortunate coincidence; the similarity is too big for that to be true.
Still, Beyond Good & Evil 2 is in development, but it’s currently unknown when it will be out and which platforms will receive it. Is there some placeholder character placement in the video, or is there more behind the Ubisoft-video?
