You can’t defeat everyone with the same method in Insomniac Games’ Spider-Man.
In the August, #138 issue of the UK Official PlayStation Magazine, from which WCCFTech took the part we discuss, has an interview with Insomniac’s Bryan Intihar, a creative director. He explained why Mr. Negative and his Inner Demons were the first revealed villains:
„One of the reasons we chose the Inner Demons is because they have the negative energy weapons that require the player to mix up the strategies they use. We want to find villains that force Spider-Man and the player to mix up how they play: push and pull them as much as possible. How can I challenge players as Spider-Man? How can we mix up the strategy?”
If Insomniac can pull this move off perfectly, the result in the first half of 2018 will likely be outstanding – that’s when the PlayStation 4-exclusive Spider-Man launches.
