Bandai Namco and Arc System Works needs some time.

According to the announcement, the closed beta’s registration was pushed back for Arc Sys’ stylish fighter to August 22 to allow more players to play than they originally planned. (Japan still has registrations open from today, go figure…). Here’s a timetable (via Gematsu) of the closed beta sessions, which will run between September 16 and 18:
