We have a bit of deja vu…
Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare is available in a free trial until July 30, 1 PM Pacific, on Steam, where you can also acquire the game with a 50% discount for just thirty dollars. The shooter still has mostly negative reviews, even after being split away from Modern Warfare Remastered, the 2007 game’s updated edition. During the weekend, multiplayer becomes available for free to play, so if you don’t pay, Zombies and the campaign will be locked.
Is Activision this desperate? They feel like pulling this move off every single month with the futuristic Call of Duty. (Too bad the ratings won’t turn positive with this approach…)
