Tolkien’s quote suits the ALL Controller perfectly.
The controller wants to emphasize comfort. With remote controls, it could be annoying to switch between them, although the universal remote controls, which usually don’t work, try to solve the issue. The ALL Controller was created for a similar purpose: it already supports PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Android, iOS, PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360 (the PC/Mac/Linux triumvirate is a given), and it will later also pick up Wii, Wii U, and Switch to the supported devices’ list. You can remap the buttons and save macros to make the ALL Controller as suitable for your needs as possible.
At the time of writing the article, the Kickstarter campaign is just 600 Canadian dollars away from hitting the 75K goal with 44 days remaining – there’s no way that Digital Depth won’t hit the target. The controller is going to get a wired, as well as a wireless one; their future price from May 2018 (when they start being shipped) will be 52 and 64 dollars, respectively.
One question: why wasn’t this controller made until now?
