Ubisoft‘s game slowly creeps to the age of two years, and still, millions of players pick it up.
The French publisher/developer revealed on its blog just how well the latest Rainbow Six fares. The game has over twenty million players, which might not say a lot by itself. Add the fact that 2.3 million players log in daily, and you’d immediately have a different tone to the Ubisoft‘s game’s performance.
After this milestone, it’s no wonder the game is getting patched and updated regularly. In fact, its new content (the Polish and the Hong Kong operators) are delayed to address the game’s issues with patches and some balancing to make Rainbow Six: Siege as good as possible by the time they arrive.
Congratulations, Ubisoft, but we wonder: can you pull the same result off with For Honor (which is about to get dedicated servers) or Ghost Recon: Wildlands?
