Friday the 13th will have a solo mode, but without any history

Rather, they will be murder commissions to complete with certain requirements.

For some time, we knew that Friday the 13th, the game on Friday the 13th, would receive an update sooner rather than later to add a solo mode, just as fans asked Illfonic. Although many players were expecting a conventional campaign for the game, Gun Media has explained that, in fact, the solo mode is far from that. The mode in question, Challenges, will not have any kind of story or narrative, as its name suggests.

Challenges will invite us to eliminate specific young people with weapons or in specific situations, which, according to Gun Media, is where the essence of Friday 13 lies. To explain how the Challenges mode works contextually, those responsible have enabled a web entry official game where an analogy is included. It would be the first night of the movie, where young people still do not know that there is a killer loose in the woods. “You’re looking at them, you pervert,” he says in the text. “What are you going to do? Well, with the Challenges there are… challenges. It could be something as simple as ‘kill everybody,’ but maybe you will find a challenge that asks you to locate and kill a particular youth. ”

The Challenges will arrive “soon” on Friday the 13th on all the platforms where it went on sale; PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
